Store OIC

The Store OIC is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that sales targets are met, operational standards are upheld, staff are well managed, and customers receive excellent service.

• Lead the store team and ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and drive store sales: identify opportunities for improvement, recommend stock orders or promotions for slow-moving items.
• Manage stock movement: ensure inventory levels are sufficient, monitor stock turnover, coordinate with receiving/logistics.
• Oversee store operations: opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling/rostering, store layout and visual standards, maintenance of store equipment and assets.
• Ensure compliance / minimize loss: implement measures to prevent theft/pilferage, ensure health & safety and cleanliness.
• Provide leadership and people management: train, mentor and evaluate staff; monitor performance; conduct team briefings.
• Customer service: ensure customers are attended to, resolve escalated customer complaints/issues.
• Reporting: prepare and submit sales, spoilage and other relevant reports, communicate issues promptly.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management in support of store goals.

• Education: College graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (or more) experience in retail operations or supervisory/OIC role.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, store management systems).
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays or extended hours as required by retail environment.

• Full-time, store environment (retail mall, high-street store, etc.)
• Shift work may be required (opening/closing, weekends, holidays)
• Work is onsite in Binondo, Manila. Store is open 7 days a week. 1 day off a week.
