Travel Specialist – Customer Service (Cebu)

Join our Travel & Hospitality support team and assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and general travel concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel-related inquiries through calls, chat, or email
  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, and reservation modifications
  • Provide accurate travel, itinerary, and policy information
  • Coordinate solutions for customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document interactions and follow service handling procedures

Qualifications:

  • HS/SHS Graduate (old and new curriculum accepted)
  • At least 6 months Customer Service Experience
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work – Cebu Site
  • Travel, hospitality, airline, or reservations background is a plus
