About Us

South Shore Travel and Tours is one of Cebu's trusted travel agencies, providing seamless travel experiences for local and international clients. We specialize in tour packages, flight bookings, and visa assistance. We are expanding our Cebu IT Park branch and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process visa applications for various destinations (tourist, business, work, student, etc.)
  • Review and verify clients' documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients to ensure smooth visa processing
  • Provide accurate information on visa requirements, timelines, and fees
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and travel regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely updates to clients
  • Assist in other travel-related services as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in visa processing or travel agency work (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
  • Customer-service oriented, professional, and trustworthy
