We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients in the travel industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers about our travel services and products
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate customer concerns
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and call centre platforms
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
