We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at TalentSync Training and Development. As a Customer Service Representative for our Travel & Cruise account, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position based in Cebu Central Visayas.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and general support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing tailored solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
