Job Summary:

Oversees the performance and management of a designated team to ensure efficient delivery of Benefits Administration services to assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the immediate supervisor in onboarding and setting up new clients for benefits administration.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulations, serving as the go-to resource for benefits-related queries.
  • Collaborates with Payroll, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment of government benefits and statutory obligations.
  • Assists in preparing management reports.
  • Reviews and validates reports and documents submitted by team members.
  • Ensures the benefits administration process maintains confidentiality and complies with data protection standards.
  • Monitors client adherence to new government policies and procedures.
  • Manages daily activities and performance of assigned associates.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements developmental plans for team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field; HR degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Experience in people management.
  • At least 5–6 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Willing to work in Makati City or at client sites.
