HR Benefits Manager

Job Summary:
Oversees the performance and management of a designated team to ensure efficient delivery of Benefits Administration services to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the immediate supervisor in onboarding and setting up new clients for benefits administration.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulations, serving as the go-to resource for benefits-related queries.
- Collaborates with Payroll, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment of government benefits and statutory obligations.
- Assists in preparing management reports.
- Reviews and validates reports and documents submitted by team members.
- Ensures the benefits administration process maintains confidentiality and complies with data protection standards.
- Monitors client adherence to new government policies and procedures.
- Manages daily activities and performance of assigned associates.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements developmental plans for team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related field; HR degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in benefits administration.
- Experience in people management.
- At least 5–6 years of experience in customer service management.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willing to work in Makati City or at client sites.
