Benefits Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall performance and supervision of assigned team to deliver Benefit Administration services to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the immediate superior in on-boarding/set-up of new clients for benefits administration
- Maintains current insights/knowledge in best practice and regulations and serves as "person to ask" when it comes to benefit administration
- Coordinates with Payroll Team, Finance and Admin group for delivery of reports and payment of government benefit claims and statutory payments
- Assists in preparation of management reports
- Reviews and validates documents/reports of direct reports as required
- Ensures that end to end benefit administration process adheres to confidentiality and data protection
- Ensures client compliance to new government policies and procedures
- Manages day to day activities of assigned associates
- Identifies and implements process improvement, developmental plans for associates
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Baseline Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year business course.
- Preferably HR graduate
- At least 3 to 4 years' experience in benefits administration.
- With people management experience
- At least 5 to 6 years' experience in customer service management.
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in Makati City or Client-based
