Location: Malolos City, Bulacan (Hybrid Schedule)
Work Schedule: Mid-Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT to overlap with US mornings

About the Role
We are Always Open Commerce (AOC), a specialized e-commerce agency helping brands grow on Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress. We are a lean, senior team serving US-based clients.
We are not looking for an implementer to run ads or write blog posts—we already have specialists for SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Design, and Dev.
We need a Marketing Lead to be the strategic "connective tissue" of the agency. You will take our disparate efforts and weave them into a cohesive story, both for AOC's own marketing and for our clients. You will audit, strategize, and present.
What You Will Actually Do (Responsibilities)
- Strategy & Positioning: Lead AOC's internal marketing strategy. You will own the messaging and ensure our brand positioning is consistent across all channels.
- Client Consulting: Join client calls (US time zones) as a Lead or Co-Lead. You must be able to present audits, monthly reports, and strategic recommendations with authority and clarity.
- Sales Enablement: Bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will turn successful projects into one-pagers, case studies, and sales decks that help us close more deals.
- Content Oversight: You won't just write; you will review. You will ensure the Content Writer's output meets our strategic standards and improve website copy/landing pages for conversion (CRO).
- Project Orchestration: You are the conductor. You will coordinate with our SEO, Ads, Design, and Dev teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and on spec.
- Data & Reporting: Move beyond "vanity metrics." You will track performance, interpret the data, and suggest improvements to messaging and offers based on real results.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 4–7 years of dedicated marketing experience, preferably in an Agency or E-commerce environment.
- Communication: Native-level written and spoken English. You must be 100% confident commanding a Zoom room with US executives.
- The "Eye": Proven experience creating high-level assets. You understand positioning, messaging hierarchies, and what makes an offer convert.
- Strategic Mindset: You understand funnels, customer journeys, and conversion-focused thinking. You can look at a client's website and immediately spot 3 things wrong with their value proposition.
- Leadership: Comfortable leading meetings and managing multiple initiatives without being chased. You are proactive, organized, and autonomous.
