Sales Personnel – Multi-Category Products (Auto Parts, Agricultural Tools, E-Bikes)

Kai Tian Trading Inc. is actively seeking motivated Sales Personnel to join our growing team You will play a key role in expanding our brand across multiple product lines—including auto parts, agricultural tools, and e-bikes—through social media selling, customer engagement, and distributor acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to grow professionally, and ready to make an impact within a fast-growing company. You'll not only represent our brand in customer-facing scenarios but also drive engagement through digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand professionally to create repeat business and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, customers, and distributors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and resolve concerns.
  • Design a digital post to promote products and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve the company's sales strategy and growth.

What You Must Have (Required Qualifications):

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially under pressure.
  • Solid business judgment and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the team.
  • Willingness to grow professionally and continuously improve.

Preferred Qualifications (+Plus Points):

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in retail, auto, agricultural, or related industries).
  • Experience in live selling platforms such as Facebook Live or TikTok Live.
  • Strong negotiation and time-management skills.
