We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key accounting and administrative tasks including emailing invoices and credit notes to customers, performing regular debt collection calls, managing supplier invoices, and reconciling bank statements. You'll ensure sales invoices are accurate, process supplier payments on time, and manage stop-credit processes efficiently. Your day-to-day will also include assisting with customer credit issues, maintaining the accounts inbox, and handling account-related phone calls.

Additionally, you will support the management team with ad hoc reporting, coordinate business travel (flights, car hire, accommodation), and manage our Click-Up travel calendar. A strong eye for detail is essential, especially in ensuring all digital documents are filed according to policy and that purchase orders match supplier invoices. What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve payment issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Experienced with accounting software (Xero, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and skilled in managing receivables, invoicing, and payment tracking through financial systems.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
