About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Monitor AP/AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts using Xero and QuickBooks
  • Prepare VAT reports and year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing activities
  • Provide regular financial reports on accounts status and cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

HR & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Draft employment contracts and offer letters in compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Monitor and maintain employee leave records, including vacation, sick leave, and other entitlements
  • Support employee performance evaluation processes and maintain HR documentation
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ensure timekeeping systems are up-to-date and accurate for payroll processing
  • Oversee government-mandated benefits and ensure timely payments of contributions

Office & Compliance Management

  • Monitor and manage renewals of business permits, licenses, and other compliance documents
  • Oversee office operations including procurement, vendor coordination, and supplies management
  • Ensure timely renewal of local government permits and regulatory compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related queries and administrative support needs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Xero and QuickBooks
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT reporting, and financial statement preparation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and local compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Willing to work onsite and can start immediately
