The role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Professional. This role will emphasize building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction while fostering loyalty and trust.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to enhance their experience with the company. Ensure customers feel valued, heard, and well-supported throughout their journey.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, or issues. Respond promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Outreach: Reach out to existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvements in products or services.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies and best practices to drive customer retention, resolve complaints effectively, and maximize overall satisfaction.
  • Customer Education: Provide clear and concise information about products or services ensuring customers understand all offerings and are equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement, collaborate with other departments to address concerns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customers' needs are met and that customer feedback is communicated effectively to relevant teams.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools or customer service platforms.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies and best practices to drive customer retention, resolve complaints effectively, and maximize overall satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to relate to customer needs and concerns.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative (International Voice Account)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within [industry, e.g., technology, retail, finance].
  • Experience with customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert and/or Senior QA experience highly regarded
  • EXCELLENT English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent Computer Skills and ability to navigate complex ERP systems
  • Attention to Detail is a must
  • Dedicated and quiet work space at home
  • Own equipment (at least i3 with 2.0GHz)
  • Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • No babysitting during work-hours (exceptions at times allowed)
  • Willing to work in a FULL-TIME POSITION (no part-time job available)
  • Must be residing in the Philippines.
