About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This role plays a crucial part in our sales operations, directly contributing to the company's growth and success. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable support and personalized recommendations
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  4. Ensure products are well-presented, replenished, and properly displayed
  5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  6. Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
  7. Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies
  8. Assist with inventory control, stock management, and store cleanliness
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
