Customer Service Representative- Inbound US Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding their banking needs.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
  • Follow call center and client guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking protocols.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College graduate or undergraduate (any course).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or call center environment (BPO experience is an advantage ).
  • Communication: Excellent English communication and comprehension skills are a must.
  • Personality: Strong customer service orientation, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Must be willing to work night shift (US shifts )
  • Must be willing to work onsite full time in Eastwood, Quezon City
