Role Description

The Inbound Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati. The role involves assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks will include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information about products or services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Representatives will also work collaboratively with team members and uphold a positive company image while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • A passion for ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software
  • Availability to work on-site in Makati
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
