About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Chinese/Mandarin) to join our vibrant call centre team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support in both English and Mandarin. Your role will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests across a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while providing a personalized and empathetic experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and professional experience to customers
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
