We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. Your main role is to assist members over the phone with their healthcare-related concerns such as benefits, claims, and account inquiries. You will provide clear and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services
  • Assist members or policyholders with inquiries regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage
  • Provide accurate and complete information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the system accurately and efficiently
  • Follow established processes, compliance guidelines, and privacy standards
  • Escalate complex issues or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department
  • Maintain excellent customer service and meet performance targets such as quality, accuracy, and productivity

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (with or without experience)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO/customer service experience
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office and computer navigation
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
