Team Leader/Inbound US Process

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of about 15 agents to Perform client servicing Inbound calls.
- Track attendance and respond timely to emails and updates where necessary. Pass updates to your team immediately.
- Maintain full integrity at all times and fully compliant with all policies of the company.
- Take staff huddles and encourage best performance from your team.
- Goals and targets are required to be met and follow schedules for completing daily / weekly and monthly monitors.
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management which may include partner communications.
Qualifications:
- International Inbound Customer Service experience in any INTERNATIONAL as a Team leader or above ( exceptions can be made for very tenured agents who aspire to be Team Leaders )
- Knowledge of how to manage day to day call center operations
- Common business knowledge of banking or similar
- Attention to detail and diligence.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of multicultural teams.
- Proficient in organizing, priority-setting, and issue management.
- Must have current valid NBI clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Has good typing skills
- Has keen attention to details
- At least a Senior High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1-year BPO experience handling
- Must be willing to work night shift (US shifts )
- Must be willing to work onsite full time in Eastwood, Quezon City
