
HR & Administration Head / Executive Assistant to the President & Vice President

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Management Support
· Act as overall PA to the President & Vice President—handling schedules, communications, and confidential matters.
· Take charge of daily operations, ensuring all departments function effectively even when executives are not present.
· Provide management reports, updates, and recommendations to top leadership.
· Represent the executives in meetings, client interactions, and external functions as required.
Human Resources & People Management
· Lead HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
· Implement performance evaluations and ensure accountability of staff across departments.
· Manage employment benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding, insurance, etc.), ensuring timely remittances and company participation in mandatory seminars/orientations.
· Handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and fairness.
· Promote a culture of professionalism, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Administration & Operations & Compliance
· Supervise all departments to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with standards.
· Monitor and enforce administrative systems, processes, and policies.
· Oversee office and facilities management, supplies, and documentation control.
· Ensure smooth coordination and collaboration between departments.
· Direct company-wide administrative systems, documentation, and office management.
· Represent the company before government agencies for the processing of permits, licenses, and transfer of land titles, handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
· Safeguard confidential company documents and ensure their proper filing and security.
· Coordinate with legal counsel on contracts, compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
Customer Service & Client Relations
· Oversee customer service operations and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
· Handle escalated customer issues and sensitive client relationships.
· Implement service standards to uphold the company's reputation in real estate and construction management
Legal & Compliance
· Coordinate with legal counsel on company contracts, disputes, and compliance requirements.
· Ensure adherence to labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
· Draft/review contracts, agreements, and internal policies for compliance.
