Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator provides essential support to the CEO and ensures all company properties, including buildings, stores, and leased spaces, are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. This role coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to oversee construction, renovations, repairs, and maintenance, while also assisting in administrative tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with management and business units on construction, repair, and maintenance needs
  • Evaluate project proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Support office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and filing
  • Supervise on-site repair and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in set-up and daily operations of new business units
  • Ensure readiness and upkeep of leased properties before, during, and after tenant occupancy
  • Coordinate purchase and delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with marketing on installation of in-store materials
  • Act as liaison for transactions with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or field experience
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
