Job Description

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will create high-quality proposals, marketing materials, and brand-consistent content that support business development. You'll work closely with regional marketing managers, maintain updated marketing assets, and design engaging materials-all while ensuring seamless brand alignment across platforms.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time)

Work setup: Onsite, Hub 9 Skyline, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 year of relevant experience (open to fresh graduates)
  • College graduate
  • Outsourcing or back-end operations experience preferred
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal), with strong comprehension and ability to convey ideas clearly
  • High-level communication and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must-have systems knowledge: Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
  • Highly desired systems knowledge: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Exposure to or interest in the construction industry is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

  • Produce high-quality proposal sections and marketing content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to minimize design revisions
  • Update employee resumes and project profiles regularly
  • Maintain marketing collateral in platforms like Unanet and Open Asset
  • Design brochures for various market sectors
  • Support creation of internal and external announcements (including social media)
  • Generate content using brand templates
  • Assist in data entry for Unanet & OpenAsset
  • Coordinate and update business cards, project profiles, brochures, flip books, and digital marketing content
