About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. This role also involves managing and maintaining the organization’s website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engaging content across digital platforms. Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Hootsuite and platform analytics. Lead the strategy and daily operations of social media channels. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to comments and reviews appropriately. Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices. Build and maintain a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for campaign partnerships. Coordinate with KOLs to ensure successful project execution. Audit and guide sales team social media accounts to align with brand standards. Organize and maintain a centralized repository of social media content assets. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Center). Experience with SEO/SEM, Hootsuite, website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
