Quality Control and Operations:

  • Master the cooking and preparation of all menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation with high regards on pizza.
  • Analyze, recommend improvements, or develop and test new recipes while maintaining Crusted's branding and flavor profile.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes before service to ensure taste, temperature, and presentation meet Crusted's standards.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

Kitchen Management:

  • Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Foster a positive work environment by leading and supporting the kitchen team, providing training and guidance to ensure each member is competent in delivering consistent and high-quality dishes
  • Maximize team and individual performance by setting clear goals and pursuing work outcomes that align with Crusted's core values and business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among all kitchen staff.

    Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to nurture growth and accountability within the team.
  • Handle conflict or performance issues promptly and fairly.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Inventory and Cost Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with the Management to manage food cost, portion control, and supplier quality.
  • Track daily usage and suggest adjustments to maintain profitability while upholding transparency .
