URGENT: Asset Management Coordinator

We are currently hiring for Project Asset Specialist to join our #happyatwork growing team

We are hiring for Project Asset Specialist who will play a pivotal role in onboarding and managing EV Charger Assets in Salesforce. This role involves configuring and maintaining Salesforce to effectively track, manage, and report on assets and subscriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for our network of EV charging stations. Effective multitasking and the cultivation of strong relationships with leads, managers, partners, and service providers are crucial to guaranteeing optimal care for our customers.

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with Order Fulfillment Specialists, Customer Support Specialists, and Service team, to facilitate the seamless registration of all assets within the system
• Adjust asset data based off customer and internal requirements
• Manually apply asset warranties and subscriptions within Salesforce when necessary
• Support sales team on subscription renewals
• Clearly communicate status of asset registration to various stakeholders
• Perform regular asset audits by pulling reports and managing asset dashboards within Salesforce
• Manage and prioritize multiple asset registrations simultaneously, working cross-departmental and with customers
• Monitor and manage the entire lifecycle of EV charging assets within Salesforce, from procurement to decommissioning
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into EV charging asset performance
• Assist with onboarding and training new customers on our InControl platform
• Work with management to create and monitor SOPs surrounding the asset registration process
• Cross-department collaboration to resolve customer needs around assets
• Work with Closing Coordinator by effectively managing locations and asset assignments within Salesforce
• Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency on Salesforce orders, contracts, and subscriptions
• Answer telephones and respond to multiple email inquiries in a timely manner, as needed
• Report and escalate problems to management as needed

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of project coordination or asset management
• Experience in EV, solar, battery or similar industries highly preferred but not required
• Experience with software solutions to manage service or subcontractor deployment efficiency, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and dispatching software
• Salesforce experience highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient Excel skills
• Enterprising, self-starter attitude
• Extremely detail oriented, required
• Experience in a start up business
• Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy
• Proven working experience as a coordinator in a high-volume, fast paced field
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Detailed follow through, every time, with every customer
• Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
