Location: BGC, Taguig or Makati, Philippines

Shift: Night Shift / Shifting (Flexibility Required)

Work Setup: RTWO / Hybrid

Salary Range: ₱130,000 – ₱150,000

Experience Level: 8–10 Years

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Asset Managers to join our team. This role focuses on managing infrastructure projects within the banking domain, ensuring strategic asset lifecycle management, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• End-to-end ownership of the Asset Management process


• Manage and maintain CMDB tools effectively


• Oversee asset lifecycle, inventory, documentation, software license management, vendor & contract management


• Ensure compliance, risk management, and smooth day-to-day operations


• Manage stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning

Must Have Qualifications


• 8+ years of Asset Management experience in Infrastructure projects within the banking sector


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Hands-on experience with CMDB tools


• Expertise in asset lifecycle, inventory, and software license management


• Background in vendor, contract, compliance, and risk management


• Proficiency in Unix and SQL

Good to Have


• CITAM Certification (preferred)

Other Requirements


• Willing to work in BGC Taguig or Makati
