, where you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end registration, tracking, and support of EV charging assets. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency using tools like
Salesforce

Excel
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Register and manage EV charging assets in Salesforce from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Apply warranties and subscriptions manually when needed.
  • Support the sales team with subscription renewals and timely processing.
  • Perform regular asset audits and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Communicate asset registration status to internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support, Service, and Closing teams to ensure smooth asset operations.
  • Issue purchase orders and track project expenses related to asset procurement.
  • Assist in onboarding and training customers on the InControl platform.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate software-related issues as needed.
  • Contribute to SOP development and identify process improvement opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, project coordination, or customer service.
  • Experience in EV, solar, battery, or clean energy industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (highly preferred), Zendesk, and dispatching software.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
