Sutherland is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative for a project-based, non-voice role supporting a leading music streaming service. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a remote work opportunity based in Shaw, Mandaluyong City.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions
- Troubleshoot account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide a high level of empathy and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating various software applications
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet daily/weekly targets
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential
