Sutherland is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative for a project-based, non-voice role supporting a leading music streaming service. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a remote work opportunity based in Shaw, Mandaluyong City.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions
  2. Troubleshoot account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process
  3. Actively listen to customer concerns and provide a high level of empathy and care
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  2. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating various software applications
  5. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet daily/weekly targets
  6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential
