UnifyCX is looking for extraordinary Email/Chat Support Representativesto join our motivated and ambitious team.
What Will You Do?
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Email Support Representative to join our team. In this critical role, you will focus on retaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers by addressing their concerns, identifying solutions, and promoting service loyalty. By understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions, you will play a vital role in reducing churn and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions for product information, order issues, and returns.
- Assist customers with tracking, processing returns and exchanges and resolving order-related issues.
- Provide detailed information about retail products, promotions, and policies.
- Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-up for a satisfactory resolution.
- Record and document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience required preferably in a Call Center or Professional environment.
- Open to candidates with no BPO experience, career shifters, and career adjusters.
- Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or email support preferred.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, are based on business needs.
- Office or remote work options depending on the role.
- Full training provided on the account's systems and products.
- Ability to Work on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Chat support experience is preferred but not required
- Open to Fresh graduates, Newbies, and Career shifters.
- Typing skills (40WPM & 90-95% Accuracy)
- At least High School Graduate
- Average communication skills
- At home a computer and stable internet is preferred but not required.
