Position Overview:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Knowledgeable with the Social Media sites like Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to produce promotional campaigns.
- Handle escalations from social media to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
