What you'll be doing

  1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
