As a Pioneer-Chat/Email Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via chat and email. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial part in delivering the company's mission of providing top-tier customer support.
What you'll be doing
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
