What you'll be doing

  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. College degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
