Are you passionate about driving digital transformation? We're looking for a Digital Solutions Officer who will play a key role in building, deploying, and managing innovative low-code/no-code applications, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations that power our enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the Citizen Developers Program (CDP), mentoring business users in building digital solutions.
  • Design and deploy workflow automations and in-house apps using low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Support system integrations across ERP and other enterprise platforms.
  • Administer and maintain SaaS & cloud-based applications (Google Cloud, VPC, Cloud Run).
  • Provide user training & enablement to ensure successful adoption of digital tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful and sustainable digital initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Hands-on experience in low-code application development and business process automation.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and cloud environments (GCP preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Passion for innovation, process automation, and enabling others through technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications in Kissflow, Google Cloud, or Design Thinking.
  • Knowledge of PHP/Laravel and workflow automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
