What You'll Be Doing

As our Digital Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital advertising campaigns. You will:

  • Upload and traffic display, video, and audio creatives into ad servers
  • Ensure campaigns meet platform specifications and client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delivery issues
  • Support campaign reporting and inventory checks
  • Respond to client or sales support inquiries
  • Assist with campaign optimizations alongside Digital Campaign Managers

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year experience in digital coordination, ad operations, or media support
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with digital ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager)
  • Exposure to media, advertising, or content delivery platforms
  • Experience in campaign support or digital asset management
  • Interest in digital marketing trends and tools
