Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, promotions).
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics.

Content & Communication

  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate content calendar for social media platforms and ensure brand consistency in all messaging.
  • Assist in writing copy for ads, website, email campaigns, and internal communications.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and in-branch promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and post-event reporting.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry movements to inform strategy.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing databases, asset libraries, and mailing lists.
  • Process invoices, track marketing expenses, and support budgeting tasks.
  • Coordinate purchase requests and inventory of promotional materials.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Liaise with branch teams to ensure timely implementation of in-store promotions.
  • Support sales and operations teams with marketing-related tools and materials.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and performance.
