DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop and implement marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across platforms in collaboration with the Product Marketing Group.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful content addressing client needs and industry trends.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts to boost engagement and follower growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on communication platforms.
  • Enhance website visibility and traffic; monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns.

Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for lead generation across traditional and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update the leads database for tracking and follow-up purposes.

Events Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and coordinate logistics to ensure successful event execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related Management course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing, preferably in a manufacturing company. Exposure to industries such as hotels, hospitals, or schools is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools/analytics, including Google Analytics, SEO, Meltwater, and HubSpot.
