Job Description

As a
Digital Marketing Executive,
you'll drive end-to-end campaigns, create engaging content, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven insights to help brands achieve global visibility and measurable growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
  • Proven experience managing
    social media marketing
    , including organic and paid campaigns
  • Skilled in
    content creation, scheduling, and community management
    across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience using
    social media analytics and reporting tools
    to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Proficient in
    marketing automation platforms
    and
    CRM systems
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in
    graphic design tools
    (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) for creating marketing materials and visuals
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing principles, SEO, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and campaign development skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Australian market and understanding of local consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for producing marketing materials, social media graphics, videos, and brand assets
  • Hands-on experience in daily social media community management and customer engagement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brand portfolios
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Experience using content management systems (e.g., HubSpot)

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across both companies
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular status reports
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials
  • Maintain content calendars for both companies
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies

Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage social media accounts and online presence for both companies
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking
  • Support website content updates and optimization efforts
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate logistics for company events and marketing activations
  • Manage vendor relationships and event-related communications
  • Ensure proper event documentation and follow-up activities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses across both companies
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics
  • Assist in developing customer personas and target market profiles
  • Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven insights
