Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our BPO clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing effective support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner
  • Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring proper follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required – we welcome fresh graduates
