We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the jewelry live selling industry,and help elevate our customer experience to new heights. As a key part of our frontline team, you will not only manage customer inquiries but also contribute to building long-lasting relationships that reflect our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints across multiple communication platforms.
  • After-Sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase by providing exceptional after-sales support.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle customer issues with a proactive and creative approach, finding solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Request Validation & Pre-Screening: Carefully validate and pre-screen customer requests, ensuring the proper procedures are followed.
  • Positive Impact: Understand the importance of your role in shaping the customer journey and always contribute positively to team efforts.
  • Collaboration & Attitude: Work alongside your team with a contagious positive attitude that influences both co-workers and customers alike.
  • Database Management: Accurately maintain and grow the customer database to ensure up-to-date information and efficient service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to service innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work on site. Office is in UP Village, Quezon City.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle customer concerns professionally.
