About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at TREXAN CAREER SYSTEMS'. In this full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Proactively following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle complex customer issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology to support customer interactions
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
