We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team and support the Sales & Marketing Department in its day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll combine your attention to detail and customer service skills to assist in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business or Office Administration, Marketing, or any related field

  • Preferably with prior related experience; fresh grads are welcome to apply

  • Strong background in customer relationship management

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Friendly, personable, and team-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and secure approvals for quotations, Profitability Computation Forms, and Job Orders

  • Coordinate with other Sales Assistants per directives from National and Regional Sales Managers

  • Maintain accurate records for RTUs, Purchase Agreements, and Dealership Contracts

  • Review customer orders, pricing, and discounts

  • Support sales activities, meetings, and proceedings with administrative tasks

  • Handle correspondence for the Visayas sales team

  • Distribute and review sales documents as required

  • Take minutes during sales meetings and attend pre-bid meetings when needed

  • Assist in preparing bidding and hospital-related documents

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address inquiries and issues

  • Performs other duties as assigned
