Job Description – Digital Sales Assistant

Position Overview 

The Digital Sales Assistant provides dedicated support to sales managers by managing CRM/OMS processes, proposal creation, and pipeline accuracy. This role ensures sales teams can focus on client engagement while administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update proposals, order forms, and reporting decks.

  • Manage onboarding/order forms, ticket submissions, and CRM/OMS tracking.

  • Handle budget count requests and maintain sales pipeline data accuracy.

  • Support sales managers with CRM updates, reporting, and admin tasks.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, operations, or client services.

  • Strong CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
