Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pre-screening and encoding applications within standard turn-around time.
  • Assisting the Sales Officer in relaying approvals to clients, branches, salesmen, or dealers.
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns from handled channels.
  • Assisting clients in signing loan documents for Direct Marketing accounts.
  • Conducting follow-ups on accounts with pending approvals.
  • Preparing loan documents for client signatures in Direct Marketing accounts.
  • Preparing and sending Purchase Orders and Credit Advice for Dealer Financing to dealer partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing-related courses.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in different situations.
