QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Business-related course.

At least one (1) year experience in relevant administrative function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Receives, files and stores all pertinent documents related to the operations of the Sales and Marketing.
-
Ensures efficient and on time process of all pertinent requests in assigned area.
-
Monitors and ensures sales expenses are within the allocated budget.
-
Ensures all liquidations are accurate, timely and complies with Sales and Marketing matrix.
-
Arranges logistical needs of the Sales & Marketing team for training, visits and meetings.
-
Coordinates with departments involved in the accomplishment and closure of the Sales and Marketing Request and Approval Form.

Checks the following documents according to the Sales & Marketing Approval & Authority Matrix prior to endorsing to RSM/AVP-Sales for approval:

Monthly Itinerary Plan
-
Travel Expense Liquidation/ Reimbursement Report

Ensures that all sales related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance with the quality management systems and procedures.
