  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Business-related course.

  • At least one (1) year experience in relevant administrative function.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives, files and stores all pertinent documents related to the operations of the Sales and Marketing.

  • Ensures efficient and on time process of all pertinent requests in assigned area.

  • Monitors and ensures sales expenses are within the allocated budget.

  • Ensures all liquidations are accurate, timely and complies with Sales and Marketing matrix.

  • Arranges logistical needs of the Sales & Marketing team for training, visits and meetings.

  • Coordinates with departments involved in the accomplishment and closure of the Sales and Marketing Request and Approval Form.

  • Checks the following documents according to the Sales & Marketing Approval & Authority Matrix prior to endorsing to RSM/AVP-Sales for approval:

    • Monthly Itinerary Plan

    • Travel Expense Liquidation/ Reimbursement Report

  • Ensures that all sales related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance with the quality management systems and procedures.
