Job Description

Tax Compliance and Filing Prepare and file BIR submissions (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual requirements).

Ensure compliance with all tax deadlines and maintain updated tax records.

Business Permits and Regulatory Compliance Monitor and process renewals of business permits, licenses, and other government- related documents.

Ensure timely submission and compliance with local government and regulatory requirements.

Disbursement of Funds Process and release commissions, payroll, petty cash, third-party supplier payments, and other fund disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain clear documentation and adhere to the appropriate approval processes for all disbursements.

Accounts Receivable and Collections Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, including desk fees, agent dues, and other payments.

Maintain an updated collection tracker and communicate with stakeholders regarding overdue accounts.

Sales Invoice Management Issue accurate and timely sales invoices to clients.

Track and ensure collection of payments related to issued invoices.

Payroll

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Ensure the timely remittance of employees' government-mandated contributions to the  appropriate government agencies

Operations and Listings Support Update listings in RE/MAX 8 Masterfile (assigning codes, updating status/details).

Coordinate with developers for Project Knowledge Selling and accreditation.

Post listings on Facebook.

Prepare marketing materials (property flyers, brochures, digital posts).

Assist agents with client inquiries by providing updated project information.

Coordinate with marketing for scheduled campaigns, open houses, or property launches.

Track listing exposure and engagement on online platforms.
