Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and professional Associate to support the President of Financial Advisors Incorporated, a boutique corporate finance firm located in BGC Taguig.

This role blends corporate finance, risk, internal controls, and implementation. It offers real-world exposure to boardroom-level decision-making in business environments, and transformation projects.

This role is a strong training ground for anyone who aspires how to lead a corporation and hands on exposure to financial strategy, operational problem-solving, and executive-level decision-making of some of the largest Philippine companies.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis

• Build financial models, valuations, projections, and scenario analysis
• Analyze client financials, capital structure, and business drivers
• Support in preparing credit assessments
• Assist in fund sourcing, debt restructuring, and recapitalization plans

Controllership & Internal Audit Support

• Assist in setting up or reviewing accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance protocols
• Prepare management reports and reconciliations; audit financial transactions
• Help clients professionalize financial processes and reporting frameworks

Due Diligence & Performance Monitoring

• Conduct operational and financial due diligence for investment or lending decisions
• Monitor KPIs, cash flow, debt maturities, and business performance indicators
• Benchmark companies and develop dashboards or scorecards for reporting

IT & Systems Implementation

• Assist with technology rollouts: ERP, cloud accounting, or dashboard tools
• Document user requirements, support UAT, and liaise with vendors
• Help improve workflows, automation, and reporting systems

Consulting Responsibilities

• Break down complex business problems into structured, actionable plans
• Conduct research and gather data to support strategic analysis
• Prepare executive-level reports and slide decks for client presentations
• Support the President in strategy formulation, client meetings, and project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and measure impact

Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage internal calendars, meeting schedules, and deliverables
• Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
• Coordinate with external advisors, banks, consultants, and legal teams
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA.
• Preferably minimum 2 years in external audit.
• Strong command of English (oral & written); able to write reports and present ideas professionally
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in PowerPoint and reporting tools
• High integrity, discretion, and ownership mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
• Willing to work on-site 3 days/week in BGC, Taguig (2 days remote)
