Sales Associate – Key Responsibilities

  9. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to drive conversions.
  10. Assist in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

  11. Merchandising & Store Presentation

  12. Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed.

  13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
  14. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise.
  15. Follow visual merchandising guidelines and promotional displays.

  16. Team Collaboration

  17. Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.

  18. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  19. Support colleagues during busy periods or special events.

  20. Product Knowledge & Training

  21. Stay updated on new products, features, pricing, and promotions.

  22. Attend product training sessions as required.
  23. Educate customers about product features and benefits.

  24. Compliance & Safety

  25. Follow all company policies and operational procedures.

  26. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
  27. Report any incidents or suspicious activities to management.
