The Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical and Excel skills to support our growth in e-commerce and beyond. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in e-commerce, but open to other industries), with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple e-commerce platforms, marketing channels, and internal systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales, inventory, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Forecast demand, identify trends, and support inventory planning and accounting.
  • Present findings in clear, concise reports and recommendations for management.

Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms
  • Coordinate with the order fulfillment team to manage stock efficiently.
  • Implement pricing discounts and join campaigns and promotions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst (e-commerce experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a must (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, Power Query a plus).
  • Experience with Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
