What You'll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Insights
    – Analyze large datasets, customer behavior, and campaign performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Database & CRM Management
    – Maintain data accuracy, manage imports, ensure segmentation, and support marketing workflows.
  • Reporting & Visualization
    – Build dashboards and reports in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Campaign Optimization
    – Partner with marketing teams to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI through data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    – Work with MarOps, Campaigns, and Content teams to identify gaps, streamline processes, and drive impact.
  • Strategic Recommendations (Senior-level)
    – Translate analytics into actionable strategies for growth, retention, and customer acquisition.
  • Mentorship (Senior-level)
    – Provide guidance and coaching to junior analysts, sharing best practices and fostering team development.

What We're Looking For:

  • For Data Analyst (L3):
    2+ years in analytics or marketing-related roles, with hands-on experience in BI tools and CRM systems.
  • For Senior Data Analyst (L4):
    5+ years of analytics/marketing analytics experience, with proven ability to provide strategic insights and mentor others.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • Experience with
    CRM/MAP platforms
    (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Deep understanding of
    marketing metrics, customer segmentation, ROI measurement
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    to translate data into stories stakeholders can act on
  • Bonus: Background in
    data-driven marketing strategies
    ,

    change management
