WHAT IS A/AN DATA ANALYST?

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving reports that support all departments across the organization. This role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the company's data ecosystem and will proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Inventory

  • Monitor and report on out-of-stock (OOS) items utilizing the OOS Power BI Report

  • Identify SKUs that are currently OOS

  • Identify SKUs at risk of going OOS without being replenished (On-Ocean)

  • Determine the reason for being OOS and if any immediate action is needed and if we need to rush the OOS SKUs with the factory

  • Investigate products with trigger changes to understand fluctuations in performance

  • Monitor sales of the top 200 products

Data exports for Reporting

  • FedEx Shipping Data

  • UPS Shipping Data

  • Amazon Sales

  • Returns on various platforms

Power BI

  • Responsible for the creation of new reports

  • Perform regular audits to verify data consistency and accuracy across systems

  • Identify and resolve issues in existing reports and dashboards
