JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Process data sets
  • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
  • Quality control through comparative analysis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Prepare weekly and monthly data interpretation summary
  • Look for data inconsistencies in various data tables and databases
  • Secure database completeness and integrity

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • B.S. in a quantitative field (math, statistics, economics, or similar fields)
  • 2+ years of data analytics, data mining, statistics, or mathematics

Experience/Knowledge

  • Experience in Data Analytics
  • Experience in Statistics, Mathematics, or similar fields
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and business acumen
  • Excellent Problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra) - a plus
  • Comfortable with working with large, complex, and potentially messy datasets
